Raqamli daftar — a debt book in which the customer sees and confirms their own debt in Telegram.
Clarapp is a POS and nasiya (customer debt) book app for stores in Uzbekistan. Raqamli daftar is its core. In a paper notebook only the shop owner sees the debt. In Raqamli daftar the customer sees it too and confirms it, so there is nothing to argue about.
How it works
- A credit sale prints a QR code on the receipt.
- The customer scans the QR code with their phone and the “Clarapp Daftar” bot opens in Telegram.
- The customer sees the purchase and taps “Tasdiqlayman” (I confirm) or “Bu xato” (this is wrong). If they tap “Bu xato”, the owner is notified at once.
- After paying, the customer sees the remaining debt in Telegram. They can ask “Qarzim qancha?” (“How much do I owe?”) at any time.
